How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is KAZO's return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that certain items like jewelry and masks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend checking this guide before purchasing as fits may vary between different styles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or until they are processed for shipping, whichever is earlier. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the contents or the delivery address.
