Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KAZO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and includes all original packaging, price tags, and promotional gifts received with the order.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the securely packed parcel to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or KAZO wallet within 7-10 business days.
